Strategic urban development and concept development as part of the international team that developed the winning proposal for Centralstaden—the development of a new urban area above the rail yard at Stockholm Central Station. The work involved developing the commercial and urban strategy with a focus on creating a safe, vibrant, and sustainable urban environment that integrates public transportation, urban life, and public spaces. The proposal, developed in collaboration with Foster + Partners, Marge Arkitekter, and the rest of the design team, was selected as the winner from among more than 50 international entries and serves as the basis for the ongoing detailed planning process.
