Client representative and project manager responsible for the business plan, the detailed planning process, and the development of a new residential building as well as an expansion of an existing office property in Hagastaden. Through this project, a previously neglected area was transformed into an attractive urban gateway between Stockholm and Solna, while a new rental rate was established for the market. Upon completion of the development phase, the property was sold by SEB Trygg Liv to Humlegården Fastigheter.
