Client representative responsible for the planning and design process throughout the detailed planning and development phases. In close collaboration with the City of Stockholm, an international architectural competition was held, in which the French architectural firm MGA was selected as the winner. After the new detailed plan became legally binding, the property was sold by SEB Trygg Liv to Folksam, and the project moved on to the next phase of development.
