Strategic and commercial development with responsibility for market analysis, concept development, and tenant leasing for the Ringeriket property at the Svågertorp retail center. The work focused on creating a relevant tenant mix that strengthens the property’s offering and contributes to the area’s long-term development. This work resulted in the establishment of Nordic Wellness, MAX, Elon, and Linnea & Basilika, among others, which broadened the range of offerings and enhanced the retail center’s appeal.
