Project development and commercial development, with responsibility for the development of two fast-food outlets, a gas station, and a car wash—from concept to opening. The development focused on concept development, commercial strategy, and the establishment of complementary businesses. Through the launch of Mister York, Rosegarden, Ingo, MER, and Wash World, a cohesive service hub was created with a strong and competitive offering.
